The Principal Secretary Cyrell Wagunda, while chairing the monthly meeting with the Directors and Heads of Departments at the State Department for Public Investments and Assets Management to review progress on key initiatives and strengthen coordination in service delivery, urged them to align results and synergies and urged them to sustain momentum as the State Department advances reforms initiatives such as Egp and PIMIS.

PS Wagunda commended the teams for their dedication towards service excellence that must remain effective, efficient and of high standards so that collectively through collaborative leadership and a shared vision, SDPIAM remains focused on delivering impactful results and improving services for all citizens thus contributing to the Country’s economic growth. 

He added that enhanced collaboration and accountability are key in driving success, leveraging on the diverse talent within the team while taking ownership in the departments output. 
This meeting underscored the Department’s continues commitment to accountability, and innovation in implementing government programmes, an invaluable platform for sharing innovations, best practices, and emerging strategies on matters Public Investments and Assets Management.
The department heads were led by Secretary - Administration, Dr. Bahati Mwita who encouraged team work to ensure optimal performance and efficiency among the staff.
