State Department for Public Investments and Assets Management Principal Secretary, Mr. Cyrell Wagunda, today joined the Cabinet Secretary for The National Treasury and  Economic Planning, Hon. John Mbadi, Economic Planning Department KE, Dr. Bonface Barasa Makokha for the the Privatisation  & Budget People's Dialogue in Eldoret Town.
