State Department for Public Investments and Assets Management Principal Secretary, Mr. Cyrell Wagunda, today joined the National Treasury Principal Secretary, Dr. Chris Kiptoo for a briefing meeting on KPC IPO chaired by the Cabinet Secretary for The National Treasury and Economic Planning, Hon. John Mbadi.

Present were DG Public Investments and Portfolio Management- Mr. Lawrence Kibet, DG Public Private Partnerships- Eng. Kefa Seda,DG Public Debt Management Office, Mr. Raphael Owino Otieno and Senior Officers from the National Treasury.
